The run in July has been renamed from Butcher Jones to Saguaro Lake Run. The main reason is the meeting place has been changed from Butcher Jones parking area to the Four Peaks Road (SvRd 403). I will be leading this run. It will be about 1.5 to 2 hours long to the lake @ cove 4. I'm taking the back route in as most people haven"t been in that way and there are some very beautiful sites to see of Weaver's Needle and the lake itself. The meeting place is the Four Peaks turn off from the Beeline. (GPS 33 38'51.65'N  111 31'52.26'W) Time to arrive will be 8am and departing for the lake by not later than 8:30am. Plan for it to be hot until we get to the water. Bring food/grill for the cook out and your supplies for the optional overnight stay. There will be an evening run to assist if anyone needs help getting back out and some playing around the vast trail system out there.

The camping/picnic area is covered by trees (GPS 33 34'48.27"N  111 29'25.24"W), also bring sun  screen, bug repellent and plenty of water.
Post up if you intend on coming, so that i'll have an idea on the number of people for this event

What, no response. Need some response soon or it will be cancelled. To much leg work for a major no show. I do understand it will be HOT, but at least respond if your interested or not.

Thank you, your grumpy Bronco brother Bill

Bill,

I still need to put the D44 in my truck.

I'm planning on going if I accomplish the swap before the 17th.

Bill,
My cage should be done this week and powder coated by next.  All I have to do after that is modify the dash to fit and I should be good.  I hope I can have it back together by the 17th.  If it all goes to plan I will be there.  Dave

Can't drive both. It will probably be a last minute decision.
